H1B剩15個月找到工作重辦綠卡還來得及嗎？

我的H1B 還剩15個月（已經延期過一次3年）。 現在找到一份新工作。 需要轉H1B到新公司。新公司告訴我開始工作後3個月後辦綠卡。也就是說那時才能做綠卡廣告， 我擔心那樣我是否可以重延我的第7年H1B。因為據說勞工卡要PENDING一年以上才能延第７年的H1B. 謝謝大家指教。
