PERM hopefully can be approved in several months and I can apply 140 ASAP after that. And new policy is if I pay $1000 more, the 140 can be processed in shorter time just like H1B express application. After both get approved, then I can apply another 3 years H1B even then PERM ted less than 1 year. Correct me if I am wrong. Thank you very very much!
