updates for my WOM case

I filed WOM on October 10, today I got a call from US attorney, saying that USCIS will send a FP notice and asking for extension for WOM case. I was asked to give 60 days extension but I ony agreed to give them 30 days extension.

I was told we will receive the FP notices in this week.

I am glad that WOM works. Hope to give encouragement for those who consider filing WOM for their unreasonable delayed application.

It seemed that the "NO Record" from FBI in response to your FOIA request is a good excuse for your WOM case.
