Thanks for your detailed analysis. Since it was applied 5 years ago, my current salary is actually way high than the one on the application. The lawyer provided the BEC a copy of my current salary together with other rebuttals. My puzzle is why my colleague's case was certified. I knew his case is exactly same as mine(salary and job ads).
