In my north california (San Francisco bay area, silicon vally), there are many Chinese firms can do that, for example,

1. international Chinese Affairs/Kum Sun Chinese Affairs (1-415-956-5251)

2.LONG'S Immigration & Tax Service (1-650-965-3740)
