for Eb1a, recommandation letter is not that important. More important is your solid eveidence

you meet:
1) authorship articles: by your 1 book publication ( chapter), 10 papers publish. over 100 citation can establish your international acclaim no doubt.

2) original contribution: you can meet this criterion from your papers.

you may not meet:

3) If you judge only 1 paper for ACS journal, it may not be enough. If you judge a GRANT, it may be OK. Anyway, USCIS requires your judge other's work FREQUENTLY and REGULARLY.

4) 3 membership may be possible. ACS is nothing. SigmaXi is a weak eviedence, but better than ACS. I am not sure MRSM. If you were SELECTED by MRSM or they have some special requirements for membership, it would be fine. If anyone can apply, provided he has a PhD, or research experience, ..., it will be useless.

Now you can see: As most of us, your case is at the critical interface between approval and deny. definitely, some persons like this got approval, but some got denied.

So, I hope you can get approval, but would not use premium processing, if I were you.

If you are the critical role in the UNIVERSITY or INSTITUTE, other than in your research group, you can still try premium.
