能不能申請多個485和EADs

1年多前, 同時申請了Outstanding Researcher 和 Extraordinary 兩個140 cases. 485 case 和 EAD 是與 Outstanding Researcher 一起申請的. 現在兩個140 cases are still pending. 律師說, EAD will be disqualified if I change job. 現有兩個問題:
1. 可不可以再申請一個485 and EAD with my Extraordinary case. 然後用新的EAD 工作? 律師不建議這樣, 因為it may confuse CIS when my I485 case is processed.
2. 律師說的是不是對的? Will EAD definately be disqualified if I change job?
