急求教:name check至今19個月了, 還未受到第二次finger print的通知

我的name check至今19個月了, 還未受到第二次finger print的通知.都快急死我了,他們會不會把我的file弄丟了呢? 我應該怎麽去查尋? 多謝大家幫忙了.
