回複：急求教:name check至今19個月了, 還未受到第二次finger print

I waited my NC clearance for 17 months. I got my NC cleared a week later after FBI set up a phone line for inquiry. That was two years ago. I don't know if FBI still has that line or not. You should be able to find out. As some others said it does not mater whether you had second FP or not if you NC has not been cleared.
