I just read your post, and thanks a lot for the useful explanation!
Now we can apply for and make use of AP without being concerned any more.
We can't agree more with you on the strategy.My hu*****and will keep his H1B valid as long as possible before getting our GC. I'll just let my H4 go and stay in AOS.
