PERM 8個月了，好象要無限期pending,還在等regular LCA的original fo

This is from attorney:
"The DOL is waiting to receive the original ETA 750 form that was ted
for you previously in order to use the first priority date. Once it is
received, they will continue to process the application."

original LCA files on 03/2005, no recipt, but has 45-days letter on 07/2006. So, when PERM filed in 02/2006, the application only has the file date of the previous LCA, no case number (receipt info etc), I guess that's cause the problem.

But the attonorey reject to follow-up, she said it's out of her control.

How can I persuade the Attonory / HR / My boss, there is a way to follow-up? anyone know the similar case?
Sad, H1 快到期了, can not change job, otherwise, 絕不在這棵破樹上。。。
