The attonorey should be able to contact the center to ask the reason, at least an email.

My case was approved, as soon as (about 6 hours later the same day) my boss asked the legal secretary to email the center.

I am not sure what is wrong, it is possible that they simply forgot to notify the sender that the case is approved.
