誠請指導關於I-485

我於2003年filed EB１b（both I－１４０ and I４８５），被denied之後，現在appeal中。又於2005年9月filed NIW（I１４０ and I－４８５）， 現I－１４０ approved， I－４８５ pending。2006年9月重新filed EB１（I－１４０ ）， 現I－４０ approved， 我可以file 新的I－４８５ （depending on new EB１）嗎？或者可以將舊的EB１ I－４８５ 轉過來嗎？誠請指導。
拿到綠卡後，我將和大家分享我的綠卡申辦過程。
