sorry to hear about it. our cases, as well as an indian guy, were handled by the same VO. remember we all got an exactly same RFE. mine and that indian guy got approved after we responded the RFE. my case is not strong at all, but my attorney did a very good job when responding to the RFE. i think your lawyer did not do well for handling the NIW. i think that you can appeal. finding a good lawyer to reorganize your materials and write a strong petition letter. you can send me a message if you want to know who handled my NIW.
