Sorry for your bad news. You case is not weak. My friend in the same research area as you only have 4 papers published without any citations by the time he ted and got his card already.


Resubmission may be better choice. But first talk to your lawyer to see if he/she is willing to help you appeal while preparing the new submission.

Maybe you better change your lawyer or DIY. If you DIY, perhaps I can help.
