優先日期問題請教：EB2, 140 批了, 想要換工作,頭疼中．如果在新公司重新申請綠卡,能用原來的優先日期嗎? 是否要重新辦perm 和 140 呢?　現在瓶頸在１－４８５排期，換了新公司原來的１４０還有用嗎？看了前麵帖子，好像說可以，但是舊公司有沒有辦法卡你呢？也就是說它能不能就把你的１４０給吊銷了呢？多謝各位高手或過來人給指條出路！！！
