VSC, a lot of LC-based stuck in NC?

Recently, I saw alot of approvals on EB1 based, not for LC based. I don't think everybody is stuck in hte NC bullshit. They didn't process any LC based especially if your I485 filed in fiscal 2005 and after. They just use this as an excuse.

That's my understanding about the current situation.
