remember, the majority is LC-based. But how come we didn't see massive approvals for those cases? They allstucked in NC? I don't believe so. The only reason is that they haven't start yet. I saw a recent approval in VSA is for an Indian is EB3, filed I485 in 2003. My PD is 12/2002. My I485 filed in Nov. 2004. Still waiting.
