也問兩個有關485的問題。

我的情況，EB3,I140 approved, 等排期。現在身份H1，已經延期一次。
1）

遞交485，需要F1時的I-20嗎？有的律師要，有的不要。我的好像找不到了，不知學校能補嗎？

2）
如果申請了EAD,是不是每年要renew? renew時一定要有工作嗎？
