then you have to apply for new EAD to work.

if I were you, just spend 200 renew for backup.

sometimes it takes 30 days to get EAD, sometimes, it may take 3 months for EAD...you never know the speed of USCIS.

I haven't had chance to apply for 485/EAD/AP because of retrogression. I am EB3 with PD 10/01/2002.
