Receipt --- H1B transfer

Hello everyone:

I file the H1B transfer on Oct. 2 under premium processing, and it was delivered to USCIS on Oct. 3. However, I still haven't received the formal receipt through mail or email until today, almost 10 days si gone. Could someone tell me what could happen to my case?
