請問小白兔和各位大蝦一個關於六年後H-1B延期的問題

情況: I-140(NIW) approved, I-485 pending, PD 08/2004 (current)
問題: 1> how many years can I extend my H1 after 6 years? one year or three years?
2> 如果我在PETITION中要求3年, 會怎麽樣? 萬一被拒,會不會退filing fee($190), The training fee($750 for small company and $1500 for a large company) 和fraud fee($500 ).
我想關鍵你要要求3年,如USCIS不給3年,就給1年.萬一被拒, 如退以上GOVERMENT FEE, 大不了從新申請.
