I just got a 3-year H1B extension after 6 years

My 6-year H1B is expiring. My company filed an extension for me.

When my lawyer filed the peition for me, she told me that she requested a 3-year extension but it's possible that CIS would just give me 1-year.

Last week I received the extension approval and CIS gave me a 3-year extension.
