Thank you for your analysis. I think it makes sense.

In order to increase my chance, I need to file a new petition EB1(a) with 485 pending soon.

In order to keep my EAD, I want to do the MOR. Can you make sure if I do the MOR, by giving explanations for my evidence, can I use my EAD to work in the period of time. When my new EAD is OK, I can use either one, or the new. Is it OK?

For MOR, what is the form? for appeal, it is I-290B.

for MOR, can I provide additional new evidence?
