485 approved and one more question for xiao

Both my hu*****and's and my case were approved last Friday. Just share some experience with everyone here. And I also have one question for xiaobaitu, mytwocents, howdy and other experts here.

LC filed in Dec, 2002 (RIR eb2)
45-day letter received in Jan 2005
LC approved in July, 2005
I-140, I-485 cases filed in Sep, 2005
I-140 approved within 2 weeks after filing
fp done in Nov 2005
PD became current this April
Inquiry done this July and was notified that name check was not cleared.
Sent senator mail for help regarding NC in August.
I-485 RFE received in August
Response to RFE this month, case approved 8 days later after that.

I got a lot of excellent suggestions and great help from here during this long process. Especially howdy, mytwocents and xiaobaitu. I really appreciate it.

I heard from other poster here that USCIS will give one more LUD after they send out the card. Is it true? I have not received this message yet. How long does it usually take for them to prepare the card? When should I contact them if I do not get the card for certain time after case is approved? 30 days or so?

Any input is highly appreciated.
