My REF was received by NSC on 9/19,

Since then the LUD is changing everyday on 9/10, 9/21, 9/22 and 9/25, still no approval yet.
My PD is current, EB2-NIW
485 receipt date: 05/2005
FP date: 09/2005
Called NSC around July-Aug., and got e-mail response saying still under background check. Then
received REF on 9/11 for Medical and Employment document (H1B) for my hu*****and.
Still Waiting
