移民局遲遲不批準大家的綠卡申請,其中的原因我認為:
大量的申請人有幾十萬吧）每年要重新申請一便EAD(隻有少部人除外) 和AP,一年$350-$360（其它國家的申請人暫時不提）。
批準大家的綠卡申請後，上述的費用移民局就收不到了。所以他們就用背景調查，姓名調查來搪塞申請人。不知道我說的對不對。強烈歡迎大家的意見！
