轉F 一般會收到兩封信. 一個是蓋章的I-20, 有起始日期.另一個是有I-94的APPROVAL NOTICE.
移民局REGULATION 有規定: F 隻有在開學前30天內才能入鏡.因此沒法給你I-94.他們處理得太快了.
你現在應該還是H1B. 有兩個辦法. 1) 是12/3 號後出境簽, 在第三國簽應問題不大. 2)再申請.
