感謝您二位的回答，二位能否略作解釋？？我是越看越糊塗。

此外關於有美國工作offer的問題，安的律師也是這麽說的。我不明白，申請時間那麽長，有公司會保留offer1年，幾年的麽？

這NIW的申請人（140已）批準，到底回國還合資格麽？有多大被拒的風險？有沒有法律依據？

請原諒我的囉嗦，事關重大。
