請教:移民加拿大的幾個問題

I'm in usa,準備自己辦加拿大移民:

1.Local的police department 要自己帶fingerprint card 做fingerprint.到哪裏可以拿到fingerprint card ?FBI
的website download form 可以用嗎?

2.不明白fingerprints and certiffied check or money order for us $18 made payable to the us treasury 寄給誰?

3.我要向fbi所取什麽document 嗎? 為何還要所取local police certificate?
