1.Local的police department 要自己帶fingerprint card 做fingerprint.到哪裏可以拿到fingerprint card ?FBI
的website download form 可以用嗎?

2.不明白fingerprints and certiffied check or money order for us $18 made payable to the us treasury 寄給誰?

---FBI(go to CIC for EXACT address)

3.我要向fbi所取什麽document 嗎?

--NO, when the checking is done , they will mail you back, then you send to CIC

為何還要所取local police certificate?
---the “police certificate” should be the "fingerprint" ,local police do that for you , you send to FBI
