重新簽證會有幫助嗎？

以前的CPT工作的是公司早已倒閉，工作的時間比學校規定的時間要長不少，但在同一年內。所以給得是一張W2，而且到 File 485時估計是 5,6年前的事了。

是不是要簽H1簽證重新入境一下了？
