xiaobaitu,mytwocents,radiology,howdy,請問OPT,CPT超時工作對485造

據我所知， File 485時隻是交最近三年的稅表。四年以前的OPT，CPT的工作超時問題還會有不利影響嗎？，稅表隻附 W2,顯示一年的收入，並不顯示具體的工作時間，申請485時移民局會仔細調查實際的工作時間嗎？

我可不可以在遞交 485之前 申請H1簽證，然後以新的簽證入境，這樣是否有幫助？
