老公在國內我能在美國為他申請綠卡嗎？

我現在正在準備申請綠卡，估計十一月份能遞上去。我老公在國內工作，我能在申請485時把他的一起申請了嗎？這樣他就在國內等綠卡了。或者當我申請485時他來美國，我們一同申請，然後他再回中國工作，直到他那到綠卡為止。另一個問題是，但他那到綠卡後他還在中國工作的話，是不是每年最多在中國呆半年，否則綠卡就會失效或不讓入境呀？有誰知道字樣的情況，幫忙回答一下，謝謝先！
