回複：what is the charge on your traffic ticket?

The final charge that I saw from the DMV record is "Failure to Perform Duties of Driver'. No, I did not injury anyone. When my car scratched the other car in the parking lot, there was no passenger in the car. And my insurance company took care of all the cost of the other party's lost. It was not a huge amount of money.

I just do not know whether I should go ahead report to USCIS. Because I have already got the RFE for the I485 case. Usually it means the name check has been cleared. Will I mess up things if I do that? But if it is not the case, the name check is still pending, and FBI found out that there is a record for that and report to USCIS. Am I going to be trouble for not reporting it? I am not sure what should be the next step.

Should I just call USCIS or make an inforpass to see whether name check is cleared before I make the decision? Howdy, would you please tell me what is your thought on this? Thanks a lot.
