"hit and run" is under the category of "failure to

perform duties of driver" under Motor Vehicle Act.

We could only make asumptions on the outcome of ur action. U must decide which action to take.

1. Did not report, as it was a traffic violation.

2. Report it, telling USCIS that u did not report on 485 as u were told it was traffic violation but now u were not sure, providing the court disposition, Let USCIS decides for u.

In either case, it would not affect ur AOS but delay may also be possible if DAO needs extra time to look at it.
