Ask xiaobaitu. Job change during I-485 EB1-a Pending

I have I-485 EB1-a pending. Now I am a postdoc at a university with H1B visa and want to change my job to a postdoc at another university in the same state. Here are my questions: Should I ask the new employer to apply a new H1B for me? Will this cause an I-485 RFE? Or I should use the EAD card. Should I inform USCIS about my job change?
