的申請人，也不大可能在進入180天內找到permanent offer,至於NIW由於排期，在批準I-140後也要等很長時間才能遞交I-485，LC為基礎的就更不可能這麽快遞交I-485了。
如果是I-140批準後沒了工作，但是遞交不了I-485，還是不能符合245(k)的條件
