Hi,
Could you please give us some suggestions? First, please excuse me for writing in English.
My wife and I are going to land in Canada by driving very soon. Currently, my wife is on F1 and I am on H1B. We are going to US visa interviews and hope to get multi-entry visas. My worry is that my wife might be checked for sensitive major and can not come back to US to continue her school for at least several weeks. However, I heard that people may return from canada to US with a valid I-94 (H1B or F1). My question is if my wife is checked, can she return to US with her I-94? If she can, will that jeopardize her visa status because she is not supposed to enter US if she is still in the checking process.
Your suggestion will be highly appreciated!
