It takes 90 days

I asked several lawyers including a lawyer friend. Sue USCIS should not have negative effect on the I-485 approval.

At last he/she can get clearance resolved in 90 days.Then I-485 approval won't take much long

It is not clear how long his/her I-485 or name check is pending.
