Yes. We have the same start dates (my hu*****and's H1 and my H4)on 08/30/2006, which is the exact date on which my hu*****and's H1 expires. We want the renewed H1 and the adjusted H4 to start on 08/01/2006 to avoid the gap for me, at least it should start on 08/07/2006,but now it seems that the CIS totally ignored our request.
So my another question is: if I want to fix the problem, can I just change my H4 start date, but not my hu*****and's H1? or we have to change both of them since the H4 is based on H1?
