急：H4 未延過期，回國簽證

我的LG和兒子的情況在舊貼說了：律師在給我辦理H1延期時沒有同時給我LG和兒子申請H4的延期，結果到2006年2月12日他們就到期了，而我們到五月才發現問題，重新找律師遞交了材料，但直到今天都沒有被prove, 律師建議回國簽證。

請問xiaobaitu和其他大俠，What's CLEAR H4 STATUS FIRST?
我的LG和兒子今天已回國，我算了一下從2月12日起，到8月11日是180天。我擔心簽證官一看我的LG的case,想都不想，就認為已經超過了180天 and deny them。因為他們去簽證的時候已經過了8月11日。還有需不需要交I539當交材料的時候？對簽證大家有什麽好建議。Thanks in advance.
