To Wojian etc.What Visa is it?

Hi,

I am currently a PhD student in the US and I already hold a Master degree in the US. I heard that there is a type of Visa that can be applied for by registering a new company in the US and assigning self as the manager of the company. What type of Visa is it? How long does it take to process this type of Visa. Compared to H1B, which type is easier to obtain? I have a friend willingto provide assistance on this matter who owns established businesses in the US. How helpful would assistance from him would be when I apply for Visa?
