visa similar to your description would be
1. EB5 for GC, but need 1 million US dollar as capital that you didn't mention in your question.
2. L-1 visa, but need legitimate branch inter-national company and prior employment with that company, which you didn't mention in your question.

What you decribed do not qualify H-1B visa.
