did you file your I485 as well?

One of my friends is F1 and her hubby filed LC but is still pending. She went back to China this June and got her visa without no problem. But i don't know whether it is the same situation as yours.

My understanding is that you have not filed 485 and you don't have immigration intent in law.

But it is just for your reference.
