F-1 回國 返簽問題 －老公 H-1B, 140 pending

大家好，
問個棘手的問題：
我現在要回國開會，我是 F-1 學生。但是我老公的 NIW 申請在pending 狀態。
我回來簽證有沒有什麽影響？ 會不會查出來，認為我有移民傾向回不來了？
懇請大家幫忙分析一下。
