回複：各位大俠，AP問題，律師這樣說對嗎

1) where to file AP application?
我的律師說現在所有的AP申請都要遞到Chicago. 可USCIS網上的instructions說AP for family-based 485 cases才遞到Chicago。大俠們，我的AP申請到底應該遞交到哪裏呢?
--Chicago,好象是新規定

2) 131填表問題，class of admission
律師說應填”140 approved, 485 pending” 。請問是這樣嗎? 可上次壇子裏有人說應填current visa status。
--140 approved, 485 pending,AP是因為"485 pending"才給你的.

3) 131填表問題，purpose of trip
律師說最好填回去參加學術會議。可我實際上是回去探親的。請問我應該撒謊嗎?
--沒必要撒謊,也沒人會check

4) 131填表問題，for how many trips you intend to use this document
律師說應填one trip，因為會給幾份AP 紙。請問是這樣的嗎?
--為什麽不要多次?一樣的錢. 如果填one trip,可以給幾份AP 紙,但不保證給幾份AP 紙
