請教大家一個問題，關於layoff後 H1 revoke。著急，在線等

out of status 10天了。 我的H1 transfer馬上就要file了。我不知道我該不該去問前任雇主的HR是否revoke了我的visa, 不知道會不會問了反而提醒他們了？

一般revoke visa是HR的人幹的，還是公司的律師幹的？ 是email給INS，還是要寄平信通知INS？ Revoke要take多長時間？

有沒有可能我的H1 transfer 比 H1 revoke先處理呢？如果H1 transfer先處理了，是不是就安全了？
