I called DOS this morning about cut-off dates for China EB

I called DOS this morning to express my concern on the cut-off dates for China EB, as suggested by 一曲新詞酒一杯. I was hoping that USCIS would move the current cut-off dates for China EB forward so that those unused visas will not be wasted, if there are any left. A female visa specialist answered my call. Here is what she said:

I am not expecting any improvement in next month's cut-off date because, as we are approaching the end of this fiscal year, there aren't many visa numbers left. Hopefully, there will some improvement after October 1st.

I also emailed our state senator to express the same concern.

Let's do something together. At least, let they know that "we are
watching".
