臨時綠卡和永久綠卡有啥區別嗎？ｘｉａｏｂａｉｔｕ， 請教！

請問：

我的朋友申請結婚綠卡，他結婚不到２年時麵試的。等他拿到綠卡，有效期是到２０１６年。卡上也沒有ｃｏｎｄｉｔｉｏｎａｌ　的字樣。他很奇怪：不是結婚不到２年，都是那ｃｏｎｄｉｔｉｏｎａｌ　綠卡嗎？還是現在規定改了？沒有條件綠卡一說了？還是ｉｎｓ　沒注意搞錯了？如果ｉｎｓ　錯了的話，還有必要去更正嗎？他說，麵試時，ｉｎｓ　ｏｆｆｉｃｅｒ　沒有提及關於綠卡是條件的還是永久的。
